Ethnic Food Project began in October 2009 and was started by a poor but motivated George Mason graduate student. It has since expanded to a small, but equally motivated group of people. Our system in selecting the restaurants is random. We use word of mouth, drivebys, suggestions, Yelp, and the surrounding embassies.
